Florence 20+ years’ experience in engaging small businesses to achieve their potential and long-term goals. Laurel Igbanugo
Laurel Igbanugo is the president of Omites Project, a nonprofit organization dedicated to Serving the BIPOC community. Omits project focuses on building community through technical assistance and building capacity to help connect women in the BIPOC community to resources. Her dedication to advance the cause of minority families through active engagement with the goal of not only providing need-based resources but also advancing processes with long term impact.
Laurel started her career in pharmaceutical industry as an account manager to the major health systems in Minnesota. With a 20 years’ experience in strategic account planning hospital based consultative sales. Laurel is Passionate about advocating for health and social equity by identifying gaps like social determinants of health with the goal of eliminating barriers through solution-based advocacy and training.
