Community Resource Fair

On Saturday, May 18th, 2024, Lavon Park in Burnsville, MN, came alive with the vibrant energy of the Community Resource Fair, a free event dedicated to supporting immigrant families in Dakota County. From 12:00 to 3:00 PM, the park buzzed with activity as families gathered to explore a wide range of resources and participate in engaging activities. With perfect weather and a sense of community spirit in the air, the event was a remarkable success, bringing together over 100 attendees from diverse backgrounds.





















Community Resource Event

The MNAWC Community Resource Event, a key component of our Global Healthcare initiatives, was held on November 14, 2023, in Burnsville, MN. This event brought together families, friends, and community members from across Minnesota, offering an open and welcoming environment for everyone. We were honored to have the support of the Sauer Family Foundation and several esteemed partners, including Dakota Child & Family Clinic, 360 Communities, CAP Agency Community Action Partnership, Dakota County, Health Fairview, and One 91, among others. The event was a remarkable success, connecting attendees with a diverse array of free resources designed to support and empower individuals and families without any barriers.
