WE LOVE our MN Community

Community Resource Center

As we look forward, our aim is to establish a dedicated resource center for the community. This center will be a beacon of support, rooted in strong community partnerships that steer and sustain our initiatives. We firmly believe that enhancing access to information, services, and community building will significantly improve the overall health and well-being of underserved communities.

MNAWC Community Engagement

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

As an organization one of our priorities is identifying and addressing systemic issues to help the immigrant business owners, nonprofits social organizations and individuals/families to get back on their feet. We look for opportunities to present the needs of the immigrant and BIPOC communities to leaders with the State, & Counties, Cities, and legislative offices. We are catalyst for change. We work closely with state agencies to highlight and match the community needs to life providing resources.

COVID-19 has brought additional challenges to these communities and highlights the need for community-led approaches to support individuals in the prevention and management of chronic conditions.

We have and will continue to engage the African Immigrant and other immigrant communities, businesses and the BIPOC Community to listen, dialogue, gather data and evidence to determine the needs and find or direct them to sustainable resources within the State, Counties and Cities.
